Last night, me and hubby discovered something new,a new vocabulary for us - AIR GUITAR. We were about to go to sleep about 2am when I switched channels for last check on any interesting shows coz I was not feeling sleepy yet and there was this movie/documentary titled - Air Guitar Nation. (found out today after I googled it that it was an award winning documentary released in 2006)
At first we were laughing coz it was funny to see those contestants playing their imaginary guitars like a rock star. Hubby of course being musician says its crazy way for people who cannot play guitars to feels like they can play.
Bu strangely enuff, we were hooked to the show till 4am! Ha ha....It was quite interesting actually (of course strangely funny and amusing) to see contestants acting like a real rock star on stage playing an imaginary guitar, and u should see their outfits-outrageous! The documentary/movie was about finding the 1st US air guitar champion to compete in the Air Guitar World championship in Finland(dun play play...its a yearly event you know, watched by thousand of people from all over the world)
C. Diddy (David Jung), a samurai warrior clad in a Hello Kitty” breast plate and red kimono was the US champion and proceed to become the winner of the Air Guitar championship in Finland. Despite his comical appearance he is entertaining and ada gaya when he perform. Check out this video! Kelakar gile!
